Who we are, why we built this, and what we're trying to fix.
Chris has spent nearly eighteen years inside Victorian public education — as a classroom teacher, a Leading Teacher, an Assistant Principal, and most recently as Senior Advisor at the Department of Education, working across digital systems, change management, and operational governance. He's sat on both sides of the desk: the one drowning in admin, and the one trying to fix it. Along the way he built the tools he wished already existed. Power BI dashboards that turned scattered assessment data into something a principal could actually use. Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that took maintenance requests, staff comms, and guest WiFi access from sticky-note chaos to one button. None of it was glamorous. All of it saved people time. New Game Solutions is that same instinct, offered to schools directly: practical, plain-English systems built by someone who's done the job, not just studied it from outside. Data and insights, digital transformation, automation, AI tools used sensibly — whatever's eating your team's time, Chris has probably already built a version of the fix once.
