What problem does NGS solve?

Too much admin still runs on spreadsheets, sticky notes and someone's memory. NGS builds the tools that should have existed already. The rest of this site shows you how.

Can we integrate with DE systems (like CASES21)?

No. NGS tools don't connect to CASES21 or your school's server. Each tool runs as its own independent system — you add or upload what you want tracked, and it takes it from there. If deep system integration is a dealbreaker for you right now, this isn't the right fit yet, and that's fine to know upfront.

Is our data stored securely?

Yes. Your data sits on modern, encrypted cloud infrastructure, not a shared spreadsheet or an inbox. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is locked to your school, and nobody else can see your records. We don't sell or share your data. Full stop.

What support is included?

Email or phone, with a response time of one to two business days. Training is included when you come on board, we'll walk your staff through it until everyone's comfortable. Got a headache? Consider us the aspirin.
